Lawn Mowing & Snow Removal

Coordinates and manages contracts for landscaping, lawn care and snow removal in 4 mini-parks.

PARKING OVERSIGHT

The Parking Reveiw Committee advocates changes to city parking codes and seeks better parking management strategies.

Marketing & Promotion

Help comes in the form of promoting Railside events on our website, in newspaper advertisements, and through social media.

WEBSITE

Maintains a website that features information about activities, events, available properties and apartments. 

GREEN TEAM

Manages the maintenance crew, the Green Team, that picks up trash, pulls weeds and helps maintain the public areas.  Additionally, the BID provides and maintains:

• 37 Trash Receptacles

• 14 Park Benches

• Banners

• 18 bike racks

• 265 Trees

• 36 Planters
