Wings Across the Heartland comes from the imagination of Karen Neppl of Studio K Art Gallery. Karen is a lover of interactive art. She had this idea to paint wings of various shapes and sizes on buildings in downtown Grand Island that people can take their pictures with. The wings are taking on all different forms. People are enjoying the wing walk through Railside to see and interact with these lovely pieces of art.
